Is this possible with Buddyway or any other type of software?
for a science fair project for my son I'm wanting to attach a cheap prepaid cell phone that has GPS capabilities to a few party balloons and track it's course. Is there any software that would send the cooridinates to a webpage or would I have to find that specific phone?

Hi,
You can do this with Buddyway, however only if you install our application on it, and let this phone fly away with the phone 
You can set our application to automatically send updates to our servers.
