Topic: GPS Logging interval

Message: Please I have the same problem. 10 secs is too long on our winding roads in Fiji and it does not follow the actual track, often cutting corners or just showing a straight line when the road is in actual fact very bendy. Could you please allow us to reduce the time interval down to say 3 secs.

Topic: New version 0.99.3 is now available

Message: Hi buddyway, where can I download ver 0.993 ?I have installed 0.992 on 14 Nov 2009 from the download at default Window Mobile section (http://www.buddyway.com/download-application/), but I don't see the Ver0.993 in there. The ver 0.992 has problems in sending report on my HTC Touch Cruise T4242 over WIFI manually. However it does displayed all time, speed and GPScoordinates (including altitude) reasonably accurately on the phone, which implies that my GPS is working properly. Thanks in advance,Jack Chanrcff08@gmail.com

Topic: Can BW software run in on mode in background?

Message: Hello, I have a 15 year old son that I am going to be getting a blackberry for his up coming birthday. I don't really want him to know I am planning on loading this software on the phone, I want to keep track of his location without him knowing it so I can keep an eye on him. He has some friends that can drive and I know he will soon start to be going out and not calling home (like most kids do at that age) and I would like to have an idea where he is at without him know it or seeing any kind of software running on his phone. I hate to be covert, but if he knows it's on there he will turn off the phone or remove the software. Thanks form a dad,Kyle

Topic: New version 0.99.2 is now available

Message: Hi Team,I installed this application and want to report few observations (Cant say bugs if they are known issues/features)Mobile phone: Samsung Omnia ProOperating system: Windows mobile 6.1 (upgradable to WM 6.5)1. In continous passive mode the reports could't be send at one go. I had 115 GPS co-ords for one track and thought of sending them at one go. It gives error for check your internet connection, however the same track can be very well updated in continous active mode.2. Changing modes while data is being recorded. If one changes the mode in between...say from continous active to continous passive only data previously sent can be seen and not the new data that has been recorded with changed mode.3. Reporting options does not work well. The reporting option contains send options (for passive modes only) however selecting the option 'Manually only' does not solves the purpose as you are stuck with same issue as reported in 1 (reported above).4. Killing Buddyway from task manager. If one tries to kill buddyway from task manager it never allows the user to quit and all the time and all the time the screen with the message ".... BUDDY WAY...." keeps popping up.5. Is the Version 0.99 really available for Windows mobile...? Last but not the least when i tried downloading the latest version 0.99 (as displayed on the website) the downloaded zip file was [/b]"Buddyway_Smartphone_0_98.zip"[/b]. I thought it to be some problem in naming the zip file, however after installation the version shown is 0_98 only. If possible please post the correct link for 0_99 application version for windows mobile (non touch screen).Best wishesRahul
